Every pay-to-rank leaderboard publishes its bids and its click counts. We divide one by the other, every 5 minutes: what a slot actually costs per click, and which boards stopped taking bids hours ago.

Listing is free and automatic — the index is worthless if it is incomplete. We read the page when you submit it; if we find live bid figures, it goes straight into the index and gets re-read every 5 minutes like everything else.
Checked automatically. Boards that stop parsing are flagged, not deleted.
Every board publishes its leaderboard as public HTML — bid amounts and, on most of them, a click counter per listing. We read the page. Nothing private, nothing scraped behind a login.
The #1 listing's total bid divided by the clicks that listing reports. It is the cheapest honest comparison across boards, and it is usually much worse than the operator implies.
No new bid in 12 hours. A board with no bidding has no audience, which means a slot on it delivers nothing regardless of what it costs.
Operators can dispute any figure and we will re-read the page and publish the correction. We do not take money to change a number.
